Writing sales emails just got a whole lot easier. Skarbe AI can automatically generate personalized email drafts for each deal, saving you time and helping you stay on top of every conversation.

How It Works

Skarbe analyzes all previous messages, meeting notes, and activities within a deal to understand the full context. From there, it generates a relevant and personalized email draft — whether it’s a follow-up, scheduling request, or next-step nudge.

To generate an email draft:

  1. Go to the Activity Feed of a person or deal.

  2. Look for a suggestion card, e.g. “Respond to Sahil’s article recommendation.”

  3. Click Generate email.

  4. The email composer will open with a pre-filled message.

  5. Review or customize the message.

  6. Click Send email when you’re ready.

Once the draft is generated, you can send it as-is or customize it further using our built-in writing assistant.

📌 Tip: Skarbe auto-saves your drafts. You can always return to them via Show draft on the suggestion card.

Below the email composer, you’ll also find:

  • Regenerate – Try a different version of the message.

  • Attach file – Upload a file from your computer.

  • Add media – Insert a file stored in your Skarbe Media Library.

  • Navigate versions – Use arrows to flip through different draft versions.
