What are templates?

Templates in Skarbe let you quickly generate structured reports based on repeatable use cases. They help save time and ensure consistency. Each template includes:

  • A name

  • An optional description

  • The report prompt or instructions

You can use a pre-made template or create your own custom one.

How to create and customize templates

Using a Pre-Made Template

Creating a Custom Template

  1. In the New Report screen, select Custom Template.

  2. Enter your custom prompt directly, or click My templates to manage your saved templates.

  3. To create a reusable template:

• Click My templates

• Click New template

• Fill out the name and instructions (description is optional)

• Click Save
