Connecting your mailbox is an essential step in setting up Skarbe. It allows you to sync relevant deal conversations, receive automated follow-up suggestions from Skarbe AI, and streamline your sales workflow. Currently, Skarbe supports Gmail and offers a request option for Microsoft Outlook (coming soon).

Ways to Connect Your Mailbox

You can initiate the connection from two places:

Option 1: From the Integrations Tab

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. In the Productivity section, find the Gmail card.

  3. Click + Connect.

Option 2: From the Overview Page

  1. On your Overview dashboard, find the Connect your mailbox card under What’s next?

  2. Click + Connect.

Gmail Integration Flow

  1. Sign in with Google. You will be prompted to log into your Google account.

  2. Grant Permissions. Ensure all required permissions are granted so Skarbe can read and sync your emails and contacts.

  3. Start Sync. Once access is granted, Skarbe will begin syncing in the background.

  4. Success Notification. When the sync is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of imported data.

You can also confirm the connection on the Integrations page — it will show “Connected” status.

Ongoing Sync

Once connected, Skarbe will continue syncing your mailbox automatically in the background. There’s no need to reconnect manually.

⚠️ Note: Sync with mailbox may take some time. You'll receive a confirmation email, when sync is completed.

Disconnect mailbox

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Hover over the “Connected” label on the needed integration card.

  3. Click Disconnect.

  4. Confirm your choice in the popup.

  5. If you need to erase all you data please send request to [email protected]

⚠️ Note: Disconnecting is permanent, but you can always reconnect later by following the same steps.
