Integrations section in Skarbe allows to connect and manage various integrations to streamline workflow & enhance data sync across platforms

Overview: The Integrations section in Skarbe allows you to connect and manage various integrations to streamline your workflow and enhance data synchronization across different platforms. Integrating with your main source of truth, such as your CRM, ensures Skarbe can access all relevant information, enabling you to maximize the platform's capabilities.


Accessing the Integrations Section

Navigate to Integrations:

  • From the left-hand menu, click on the "Integrations" section.

  • This will display all available integration options.

Currently Available Integrations

HubSpot: Connect your HubSpot CRM to analyze customer data across all touchpoints.

  • How to Connect:

    1. Find the HubSpot integration in the list and click on the "Connect" button.

    2. Authorize Skarbe to access your HubSpot data by following the prompts on the HubSpot authorization page.

    3. Once connected, HubSpot will appear as "Connected" in the integrations list.

  • Actions Available: Analyze customer data, sync contacts, deals and companies and track interactions.

Zoom: Sync and record your meetings from Zoom.

  • How to Connect and Record:

    1. Find the Zoom integration in the list and click on the "Connect" button.

    2. Authorize Skarbe to access your Zoom data by following the prompts on the Zoom authorization page.

    3. Once connected, Zoom will appear as "Connected" in the integrations list.

  • Actions Available: Record meetings, sync meeting data, analyze meeting transcripts.


Upcoming Integrations

Skarbe is continuously working on adding more integrations to enhance your experience. The following integrations are currently in progress and will be available soon:

CRM Integrations

  1. Salesforce:

    • Purpose: Sync your CRM data from Salesforce.

    • Actions Planned: Sync contacts, manage opportunities, track customer interactions.

  2. Pipedrive:

    • Purpose: Sync your CRM data from Pipedrive.

    • Actions Planned: Sync deals, manage pipelines, track interactions.

  3. Apollo:

    • Purpose: Sync your CRM data from Apollo.

    • Actions Planned: Sync contact lists, manage opportunities, track sales interactions.

Communication Integrations

  1. Slack:

    • Purpose: Sync your conversations and messages from Slack.

    • Actions Planned: Import Slack channels, sync messages, integrate with Slack bots for notifications.

  2. Gmail:

    • Purpose: Sync your emails with contacts and reply in one click.

    • Actions Planned: Sync email threads, manage contact lists, send emails directly from Skarbe.

  3. Telegram:

    • Purpose: Sync your messages and conversations from Telegram.

    • Actions Planned: Sync Telegram chats, manage contacts, import media files.

Calendar and File Management Integrations

  1. Google Calendar:

    • Purpose: Create events and record meetings from Google Calendar.

    • Actions Planned: Sync calendar events, record meeting data, manage scheduling.

  2. Google Drive:

    • Purpose: Sync your files and documents from Google Drive.

    • Actions Planned: Upload documents directly from Google Drive, sync folders, access shared drives.

  3. Dropbox:

    • Purpose: Sync your files and documents from Dropbox.

    • Actions Planned: Upload files directly from Dropbox, sync folders, access shared files.

Customer Support Integrations

  1. Intercom:

    • Purpose: Sync your support conversations from Intercom.

    • Actions Planned: Import support tickets, sync conversations, manage customer support data.

  2. Zendesk:

    • Purpose: Sync your support conversations from Zendesk.

    • Actions Planned: Import support tickets, sync conversations, manage customer support data.

Meeting and Sales Call Integrations

  1. Gong:

    • Purpose: Sync your meeting recordings from Gong.

    • Actions Planned: Analyze meeting transcripts, track engagement metrics, manage recordings.
