Skarbe’s Deals workspace helps you track, manage, and organize your sales pipeline with full visibility. Whether you’re viewing deals in kanban or table mode, editing stages, or filtering by owner — everything is at your fingertips.

What You Can Do in the Deals Section

1. View and Filter Deals

  • Switch between pipelines using the dropdown menu.

  • Use the search bar or filters to find specific deals.

  • Filter by team members to focus on individual workloads.

2. Choose Your View

  • Kanban view. Visualize deals by stage (Appointment Scheduled, Qualified to Buy, etc.).

→ Drag and drop deals to reorder or move them between stages.

→ Use the ➕ icon on any stage block to quickly create a new deal in that stage.

  • Table view: See a sortable list with key columns like Deal Stage, Owner, Amount, and Last Activity.

3. Manage Individual Deals

Clicking into a deal allows you to:

  • View the activity feed (emails, meetings, notes).

  • Mute email threads from the deal to keep your main feed clean — they’ll still appear in the deal’s feed.

  • Pin deals for quick access — pinned deals stay at the top of your list.

  • Edit pipeline and deal stage.

  • Link contacts or companies directly to the deal.

  • If imported from a CRM, quickly open the deal in the CRM via the header button.

Creating & Editing Pipelines and Stages

Skarbe lets you tailor your sales process by customizing pipelines and their stages.

Create a New Pipeline

  1. Click the pipeline dropdown at the top of the Deals page.

  2. Select "⚙️ Manage pipelines"

  3. Select “+ New Pipeline”.

  4. Enter a name and add initial stages.

  5. Click Create to save.

Edit an Existing Pipeline

  1. Click the pipeline dropdown.

  2. Select "⚙️ Manage pipelines"

  3. Hover over the current pipeline name and click the ⚙️ (cog icon).

  4. From here, you can:

    • Rename the pipeline.

    • Add, rename, or delete stages.

    • Reorder stages using drag & drop.

Each stage is represented as a column in Kanban view. You can adjust your pipeline structure anytime to better reflect your actual sales workflow.

Sales teams can monitor all active deals, prioritize follow-ups, and track progress from lead to close — all in one place.
