Managing Deals

The Deals section in Skarbe lets you track and manage every opportunity in your pipeline. And close deals faster with Skabe suggestions.

Here’s how to get started with deals:

🔍 Search and Filter Deals

Use the search bar or click + Add filter to narrow down the deal list by:

  • Owner

  • Stage

  • Pipeline

  • Amount

  • Creation date, and more


➕ Create a Deal Manually

If you have a CRM, you can set up integration and import your deal. But it's also possible to add a deal manually.

To add a new deal:

  1. Click the New deal button (top right)

  2. Fill out required fields:

    • Deal name

    • Pipeline

    • Deal stage

  3. Optionally add:

    • Deal owner

    • Value

    • Expected close date

    • Associated contacts

  4. Click Create


📁 Deal Details & Activity Feed

When you open a deal, you’ll see:

  • A full activity feed (emails, notes, media, meetings)

  • Smart AI suggestions for follow-ups

  • Deal summary and metadata

If a deal is imported from an external CRM, you’ll see a “View in CRM” button in the header for quick access.

You can also:

  • Mute emails (they won’t show on your “For You” tab but remain in the deal view)

  • Pin a deal for quicker access

  • Edit deal stage and pipeline

  • Link contacts to the deal
