Access Your Recorded Calls in Skarbe

Once you’ve connected a supported call platform integration, Skarbe automatically records and securely stores your calls.

You can access these recordings in multiple ways:

Option 1: Access from Media Library

  1. Go to the Media Library page from the left-hand menu.

  2. Use the search bar or apply filters to locate specific recordings.

💡 By default, the uploader filter shows only files uploaded by you. To see all files in your workspace, deselect your avatar(blue circle) in the filter.

Option 2: Access from Calendar

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page.

  2. Click on a past call event.

  3. In the pop-up window, click the recording link under the meeting details.

  4. This opens the full call view with video recording, transcript, and call details.

💡 Tip: Click Generate Transcript to view a full transcript of the call, including a summary. Learn more about Call Summaries.

Option 3: Access from Reports

  1. Go to the Reports section.

  2. Click on a report to open it.

  3. On the right side, under the Media tab, you’ll see links to the recordings used to generate the report.

Option 4: Access via Deals, People, or Companies

All recorded calls are automatically linked to the relevant deals, contacts, and companies. To access a recording:

  1. Open the related deal, person, or company.

  2. Scroll down to the activity feed.

  3. Click on the attached recording’s name to open it in a sidebar with:

    1. Full video

    2. Transcript

    3. Summary

    4. Comments

    5. Call details
