Welcome to our guide on using the Zoom integration feature in our app. This integration allows you to seamlessly record your Zoom meetings using our app, without needing to install or uninstall any additional software. Our bot will join your Zoom meetings, record them, and save the recordings directly to your Media Library. Follow the steps below to get started.
Installation
For a better experience, we strongly recommend connecting your Zoom account to our app, which helps avoid the annoying recording permission request every time the bot joins the call. Follow these steps to connect your Zoom account:
Navigate to Settings
Click on your profile icon at the bottom left of the app.
Select "Settings" from the menu.
Open Integrations Page
In the settings menu, open the "Integrations" page.
Click on the "Connect" button next to the Zoom logo.
Complete Zoom OAuth Flow
You will be navigated through the Zoom OAuth flow.
Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection.
Once the process is complete, you will be redirected back to our platform.
Start Recording Calls
After connecting your Zoom account, you can go to the Media Library and start recording your calls as described in the step-by-step guide below.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Media Library Page
Open our app and log in to your account.
From the main menu, select the "Media Library" option.
Initiate the Meeting Recording
On the Media Library page, locate the "Record Meeting" button in the header.
Click on the "Record Meeting" button.
Enter the Zoom Meeting Link
A dialog box will appear asking for the Zoom meeting link.
Copy the Zoom meeting link from your Zoom invitation and paste it into the dialog box.
Confirm the action by clicking the "Record" button.
Bot Joins and Records the Meeting
Once you submit the Zoom meeting link, our bot will automatically join the meeting.
The bot will record the meeting from start to finish.
Access the Recording
After the meeting ends, the recording will be processed and saved in your Media Library.
You can access the recording by navigating back to the Media Library page and locating the recent recordings.
Attach Recording to a Contact and Generate Report
Select the desired recording from your Media Library.
Attach the recording to a contact for better organization and follow-up.
Generate a report to gain insights from the call, such as key points discussed, action items, and more.
Uninstallation
To uninstall the Skarbe app from your Zoom account, follow these steps:
Login to Your Zoom Account
Open your browser and log in to your Zoom account.
Navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
Go to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Manage Installed Apps
Click on "Manage" > "Installed Apps" or search for the Skarbe app.
Uninstall Skarbe App
Click on the Skarbe app.
Click on the "Uninstall" button.
